The courthouse sits at a corner next to two intersecting roads with parking spots lining the parts of the roads in front of the building's sidewalk. The only vehicle in the photo is a brown car sits parked on the right side of the intersection, facing the courthouse. At the corner of the sidewalk that encloses the courthouse is a streetlight and a telephone box. The small lawn surrounding the courthouse contains small bushes along the building's base and a few thin trees planted in front of the right side of the courthouse. The building is made of white stone bricks and has a white roof lined in red. Two rows of tall windows run across the width of the courthouse's walls. The windows on each row are grouped into pairs except for the ones on either side of the entrance to the courthouse, as they are in groups of three.
