[Postcard of Princess Victoria - Smallest Woman in the World]

Postcard of a small woman standing near a car looking up towards a much taller man wearing a top hat. The picture adds, " "Princess Victoria." Smallest Woman in the World. "In her special Cole 40 Automobile." " The back adds, "World's smallest Little Lady, Born at Melbourne, Australia. Age 23 Years. Weight 19 3/4 Lbs. Height 25 1/2 Inches. The smallest entertainer the world has ever known." "Wish you were here," is written below on the back with several initials. The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin Mrs. N. M. McFee, El Paso, Texas, Hotel Paso del Norte."

City Hall, Marshall, Texas

Color tinted halftone postcard of the city hall, Marshall, Texas, 110 E. Houston St. The view shows the façade and east side of the building, which is on a slope. It has three stories and a basement. Three men in suits stand on the front sidewalk. A telephone pole is on the corner. Printed on the left top of the image is the title "City Hall, Marshall, Texas." A year is not legible in the postmark on the back, but handwritten at the top of the message is the date Nov. 17, 1908. A stylized "A H Co" is printed in the top left corner of the back. The card is addressed to Mrs. Homer Isett, Chanute, Kansas.
