There are large bushes on the right left side of the photo, and in the background, small bluffs are visible on the horizon.

Postcard from a man named Edward to George Pendexter with a note saying: "These are the first pictures I have been able to get since leaving home. Hope they suit you." The photograph on the reverse side shows the hook and ladder company of the Waukesha Fire Department in Waukesha, Wisconsin; this company is made up of eight firemen. The horse-drawn wagon in this photo is carrying a load of ladders in the back, along with fire helmets and various hooks.

Postcard to Mrs. Tillie (Matilda Hut-McCoy) Collins in Waco, Texas from her cousin, Emma during Christmas 1907. The picture on the front of the card shows a young child blowing a bugle with a golden horseshoe acting as a border and greenery all around it. There is a note on the back of the card also that reads: "With Best Wishes from all. Let us hear from you, yours Emma."

Postcard from Mosser Lee to D. W. Kempner acknowledging his order for sphagnum and milled moss and stating that they will ship it on around May 15th.

Other building structures are shown as well as a roller coaster track to the left of the palace. At the top of the postcard is, "Over Forty-Five Thousand Soldiers At Fort McArthur [Camp MacArthur]. Military Feature Every Day." There is handwritten text on the back addressed to Mr. Charles Breed in Breed, Wisconsin from a soldier at Camp MacArthur.
