[Sterling County Courthouse in Sterling City, TX]

Photograph of Sterling County Courthouse in Sterling City, TX. A paved road sits in front of the courthouse's lawn, with a walkway running from the edge of the road to the entrance of the building. The grass on either side of the walkway is yellow, with each half having one leafless tree growing in it near the road. A telephone pole stands near the tree on the right side of the path while a flagpole rises on the left side, closer to the courthouse's doors. There are three sets of doors separated by white columns on red brick bases. Above each door is a half-circle window, which have rectangular windows one floor above them. To the left and right of this central section of the courthouse extend walls made of orange bricks, each one spanned by three rows of tall windows. The roof of the courthouse is flat and lined with a thin white rim made of white stone.
