The structure will be immediately southwest of the capitol, directly west across Lincoln boulevard from the Oklahoma Historical building. it will include nine stories, six above ground. State social service agencies, the Oklahoma tax commission and the Oklahoma highway commission will occupy it. It is expected to be completed by June 30, 1038, and will be built entirely with oil revenue unless the federal government contributes something."
