Dead are: ROBERT LEE HART, 32, Edmond. DON REESE, 21, Woodward. MRS. ROSE GRANT, 34, of 1825 Cranapple Court. Hart was towing a two-ton dump truck north on NW 178 about one-fifth of a mile east of MacArthur when the truck began to overtake him on a downgrade, according to the Highway Patrol. Officers said he attempted to take evasive action and flipped the tractor over into a ditch and was run over when the truck was pulled into the ditch. Reese died of injuries he sustained when thrown from a car that went out of control six miles west of Woodward on SH 15. The patrol said Reese was a passenger in the car driven by 15-year-old youth, and they reported another passenger, Dixie Whitson, 17, Woodward, is in serious condition at a Woodward …
