The $1,450,00 theater complex is expected to become a reality in 1966, with construction to get underway early next summer. Jack R. Durland, theater president, said the new location meets approval of the Ford Foundation, which is making a $1,250,00 grant the theater's board of directors the downtown redevelopment plan and the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority.
