Photograph taken for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Photograph taken for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Caption: "With love you tended us when we were babes; You clapped your hands at our first mirthless smiles. Our cooling "Da-da" tapped your boundless praise--With swelling chest you boasted of our wiles, You though our love sufficient for the pain Of worried hours in which you walked the floor. And prayed that we be spared when we were ill. You sang aloud when we were well once more."
