Here, Mrs. Ancel Earp jr., 236 NW 35, places a variety of fruits and vegetables alongside the standard religious symbols. After Thanksgiving service the food items are taken to hospitals and institutions. It is an annual tradition in Episcopal church from the altar to be decorated in this fashion. The fruits and vegetables are carefully chosen and polished by members of the Altar Guild."
