Kenneth "Dusty" Rhodes registered as the first guest at the newly constructed Biltmore hotel in Oklahoma City. About eight months later he moved to tulsa. Monday he was back at the Biltmore as assistant manager, where L. H. Poesch, manager, proceeded to put Rhodes on the register. Rhodes has been at the Mayo hotel in Tulsa for the past 10 years. The luggage was a gift from the Tulsa group ror his "long dreary trip to Oklahoma City."
