WPA Jackhammer Men
WPA laborers work on excavating rock for the quarry. Caption says, "A-30 Altus Project. A group of WPA "Jack Hammer Men" at work on the hard granite formation at the rock quarry. A wagon drill is also in operation on the right. Higher on the slope a group of WPA laborers are clearing the loose rock form the surface.
