Possibly he didn't know how to, or perhaps rubbing his stomach was his way of showing appreciation. And, in fact, Rep. Red Andrews, who for the 33rd time Sunday provided a free feast for down-and-outers in Oklahoma City, there was no need for thanks. The annual Christmas dinner is Andrew's way of repaying and industrialist who provided turkey dinners for newsboys in Houston. Andrewys was one of those boys.
