As shown above, black toppong runs and covers the club driveway. Road improvement did not extend past the club however, to rest of the road which is still deeply rutted dirt. The Saddle Club, Canadian county gambling casino which Gov. Gary ordered the state crime bureau to close October 19, has resumed full scale operation again, it was learned Saturday.......T. Ray Phillips, Oklahoma county commissioner whose district embraces the road, said the responsibility for maintaining the county line road belong to Canadian county. Oklahoma county mainains the county line roads on the north and east ends of the county," Phillips said."
