For the first time in the history of the army reserve corps, reservists in Oklahoma City have an armory build for their exlusive use. The Oklahoma City reserve armory is one of six which the army is building over the country. Two of them have been built in Oklahoma, one here and the other in Tulsa. Lt. Gen. LeRoy Lutes, commander of the Fourth army with headquarter at Fort Sam Houston, will dedicate the armory Friday Friday night. The high ranking general will arrive at Tinker field before noon. He will attend a luncheon Friday at the Oklahoma club. The dedication dinner Friday night at the armory will start at 6:30 p.m. Gen. Lutes will make the dedication speech about 7:30 p.m............Col. William H. Craig, chief of the Oklahoma military district, will officialy turn the armory over to Major Roger H. Craddock, senior unit instructor at the armory. Col. Craig said therehas long been a need for armories for army reservists. Heretofore they have trained in …
