Photograph used for a story in the Oklahoma City Times newspaper. Caption: "Here's an idea of how the Oklahoma capitol will look if the legislature builds on to it as Lt. Gov. The senate already has approved the committee appointment. The added space would be used for offices. The state is paying $18,000 a month rent for office space outside the capitol.
