Announcement of two scholarship awards sponsored by The Links, Inc. won by high school students in the western United States. Kyra Papillon won sponsorship from the Oakland Bay Area Links to attend a forum for non-governmental organizations in Nairobi, Kenya. Simone Farber from Santa Fe, New Mexico, won a 1985 National Achievement Scholarship Award. There is a menu for a dinner inside the announcement.
