Cutchall discusses the hiring procedures, the job assignments, safety precautions, social activities, swing shifts, race relations, relationships between the male and female workers, and the social and economic effects of the plant on Texarkana. Appendix includes a photocopy of a certificate from the Lone Star Ordnance Plant to Ildea S. Cutchall for 23 months of service at the plant during World War Two [1 leaf].
