Kansas City & Southern (KCS) 361
A photograph print showing the Kansas City & Southern (KCS) 361, 4-6-0, on a local passenger train, "at the Frisco-KCS depot in Ft. Smith, ARK. The tracks stub ended at the depot ahead of the engine. This train made two round trips daily to Spiro, Okla. to give Fort Smith a connection with the KCS mainline trains at Spiro. Most of the branch was in Oklahoma and ran through Braden Bottoms which were undercut by the Arkansas River about 1944. This line was abandoned and KCS got trackage rights over the Frisco from Poteau, Okla. via the Jensen tunnel to Fort Smith."
