Dead is: CLAUDET. DAVIDSON, 69. Highway Patrolman Bill Smith, who investigated the crash, said the car Davidson was driving was headed east in the westbound lane of I-244 when it collided with the westbound police car driven by Officer Billy W. Scullawl, 26, of Catoosa. Davidson was dead on arrival at a Tulsa hospital with multiple injuries. Scullawl was taken to Hillcrest Medical Center where he underwent surgery for a crushed chest and collapsed lung. Witnesses said Davidson entered a Crosstown Expressway exit headed in the wrong direction and appeared confused, but continued.
