Yoke has scalloped hem embroidered in green with green leaves and red satin stitch flower dots. Skirt gathers into yoke. String tie belt of red velveteen at back. Center back zipper closure. Unlined. White sailor style collar is trimmed with 2 horizontal red soutache stripes sewn at front and back lower edge of collar; applied red bow on front center. Long sleeves with white cuffs, each cuff with two red soutache stripes. Attached belt is sewn down on front and is trimmed with two circular brass shank buttons with anchors as decorative reliefs; forms half belt in back with closure of matching button. Vertical pleats from yoke on front and back. Center back zipper closure. Unlined.
