Girl's dress in sailor/nautical style of navy fine cotton twill. White sailor style collar is trimmed with 2 horizontal red soutache stripes sewn at front and back lower edge of collar; applied red bow on front center. Long sleeves with white cuffs, each cuff with two red soutache stripes. Attached belt is sewn down on front and is trimmed with two circular brass shank buttons with anchors as decorative reliefs; forms half belt in back with closure of matching button. Vertical pleats from yoke on front and back. Center back zipper closure. Unlined.

Low waisted blouse bodice has royal blue polka dots, box skirt has royal blue stripes, and 3" royal blue border at dropped waist with a bow on the left.
