[Transfer of Vendor's Lien from W. H. Bonnell to May F. A. Huntoon]

Transfer of vendor's lien note from W. H. Bonnell to Miss May F. A. Huntoon; Bonnell sold the note to Huntoon for the sum of $2,000 to be paid "on or before 19th day of September, 1931." According to this document, this transfer is only for note No. 5, which is one of five given by J. R. Logsdon; this note was "in part payment for...800 acres of land out of Survey's Nos. 100 in the names of Geo. Smith..."
