It was overseeded to King Ranch bluestem in 1950. Between 60 to 70 acres has been terraced to the waterway from the field on the right. The waterway contains around 10 acres. The waterway was cut for hay in 1953 yielding 450 bales of hay. It has been seeded to vetch and top dressed with ammonium nitrate. The waterway is also used for pasture. Soil Unit 1. BL Class III. TX-48-833.
