Adame informs all of the members that there will be a minimal fee and that the attendance of District Eight members is imperative for the continued success of District Eight: "Lulac District Eight in Texas has always been a good district and now is the BEST and the LARGEST in MEMBERSHIP." The convention would host the election of District Governor for District Eight and would have in attendance: Frank Pinedo, Felix Tijerina, Alfred Hernandez and John J. Herrera.
