Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas, to accompany a news story by Phil Archer about a fire in the historical district of Galveston, Texas and the destruction of two historical buildings, the Galveston Labor Temple and the Old Washington Hotel. Archer discusses the imapct of downed power lines from Hurricane Alicia on the response time of the fire department. The footage includes firefighters on the scene and an interview with an unidentified man about the historical structures. This story aired at 5:00 P.M.
