It has "guides for the traveling switch, one of said guides being a continuous one and the other a sectional one, one being insulated from the conduit and the other guide-strip (lines 16-20). The traveling switch moves in the conduit and on the sides of the guides. Only one section of the conduit is live at once, the one that a car is passing over.
