Wheeler who was responsible for the specifications adopted by the Industrial Safety Equipment Association.

Additionally Mr. Bradford mentions that he is interested in receiving the W. S. Rielly & Company catalog for the purchase of fire fighting equipment.

The results of the Chicago Concrete Breaking Co. was that hydraulic cartridges were simply too slow and ineffective when compared to pneumatic pavement breakers in locations where explosives were not plausible.

Letter to J. G. O'Rielly of W. S. Darley & Company discussing the champion type "H" pump and an enclosed list of fire chiefs located throughout the Middle East. The author of this letter recommends that Mr. Rielly send photographs and the highest pressure recorded on this pump to Captain James C. Thompson.
