One side of the building with a simple entrance of stairs and one door faces the right side of the photo while a more intricate entrance consisting of double doors set into a projecting section of the building serve as the base for four tall columns, which hold up a portion of brick wall with a clockface in its center. A second clockface is visible at the top of the right-facing side of the courthouse, similarly set into a brick wall that runs along the edge of the building's flat roof. Three rows of windows span the width of the courthouse's sides, with a fourth row of smaller windows running along the base of the walls near the ground.
