This letter is in response to the huge amount of mail received by the unite holders from his original general letter. Also included is a flash announcement which, at the end, asks the unit holders to "sign and send in the enclosed proxy so that we may represent you...to defeat the present sale of the property."

Postcard from a girl named Gwendalene to Lois Matlock saying that she has been sick lately and does not want to go to school in the cold weather. The image on the front of the card shows a small angel-like boy holding a red heart and a bow with arrows and a caption that says: "To my Valentine."
