Van Daell completed an inspection of her plane, reporting that the vehicle is performing up to standards and a total number of 1005 hours of flight time. The back of the document includes handwritten notes between Suzette and an unknown contributor, discussing plans for the upcoming night involving a movie, drinking, and clubbing.

The first section is titled "Instrument Flying: Basic without Radio Aids" or Technical Order No. 30-100A-1, published June 1, 1943. Students' manual for advanced single-engine flying, prepared by the Army Airforces, Training Command, Visual Training Unit in collaboration with the Central Instructors School at Randolph Field, Texas, and Headquarters, AAF, office of Flying Safety Education Division. Manual meant to be used in conjunction with the current AAF training command memorandum covering advanced single-engine flying training. There are no split sections in the manual, instead, information is organized in chronological order.

Collection of documents from the Civil Aeronautics Administration. The first page is Form ACA 113 (IM-11/42), a note from the Publications and Statistics Division of the CAA, serving as introduction to the following documents.The next is a notice to air men and all owners of registered aircraft, urging them to only "use their planes...for purposes that contribute directly to the war effort." The next is a document titled "WPB-CAA Liberalizes Utilization of Civilian Aircraft," discussing the use of civilian aircraft for the war effort. The next is an important notice from the Director General for Operations, discussing General Limitation Order L-262 from the War Production Board. The next is a letter from Administrator C. I. Stanton to Washington and field employees, discussing the approval of flight instruction or flight tests. The last group of documents includes several pages of designated landing areas. It also includes the envelope it came in.

Suzette VanDaell's Aerial Dead Reckoning Computer, type E-6B, as used by the U. S. Army Air Forces, and manufactured by Cruver Manufacturing Co. in Chicago, Illinois. The item comes in a box, discolored with age, that's covered in various bits of tape on the front and back. There are faded pencil markings on the front and back of Suzette VanDaell's name and other letters. In the middle is a box detailing the serial number and information of the computer. The device slides out with a middle piece of cardboard that's fraying on the sides and has tape on it as well. Inside is a brown leather pouch that is worn on the outside with use. The device is a white piece of plastic with green lines and numbers from 30-300 on one side and 90-400 on the other. There is a large circular metal device that moves along the plastic.

Blue two-ring, binder belonging to Marion P. Jameson, a member of the 44-W-5 class of WASPs, full of loose-leaf notes. On the front cover of the binder is an image of a dog's head with "Champ" printed underneath. The 42 pages of front and back handwritten notes focus on navigation. In the middle are a few printed pages about the correct use of the altimeter setting system, weather, chemical warfare, and hygiene.
