This photograph was taken during the dedication ceremony for Fort Worth's new municipal airport terminal on April 4, 1937. The people in the photo are (left to right)- George Rihl, Vice President of Pan American Airways; Joel Hott, FW Chamber of Commerce Manager; T. E. Braniff, President of Braniff Airways; C. R. Smith, President of American Airlines; S. A. Cisler, General Superintendent of Post Office Air and Railway Mail Service; Harley Branch, 2nd Assistant Postmaster General; D. L. The terminal building was dedicated to Amon Carter and the plaque was installed in the foyer of the new terminal building.
