Wire-Stretcher.

Patent for a wire stretching device employed in fence construction. This device temporarily holds and stretches the wire between fence posts, while being secured. Through the operating lever and gripping jaw, the operator can effectively stretch the wire with minimal effort, while safeguarding against slipping.
