The writer discusses getting his friend a job, and references their previous correspondence, asking what the friend might want the writer to send. The envelope is addressed to Mr. B. M. Williams in El Paso, but a handwritten note on the back says: "Opened by mistake by B. M. Williams - 720 N. Florence." The postmarks on the envelope are from El Paso, TX and Austin, TX.
