[Stonehenge II: A Texas Tribute to History and Art]

Stonehenge II, a captivating concrete sculpture nestled in the Texas Hill Country, pays homage to the renowned Stonehenge monument. Conceived by Al Shepperd and collaboratively crafted with Doug Hill, this impressive structure stands at about 2/3 the size of the original and offers a unique artistic interpretation. Situated on the grounds of the Hill Country Arts Foundation in Ingram, Texas, Stonehenge II features both real and fabricated stones, including fascinating Moai statues, adding an intriguing touch of Easter Island to this cultural treasure.
