[Note from G. A. Moore to Fred McCain]

A Pilot Point Bearcats card with a note written to Fred McCain from G. A. Moore, thanking him for his guidance. The note reads, "Fred, I appreciate the article and I appreciate all you did for me over the years. I have used a lot of your methods in coaching over the years. You were the first coach to tell me to get my butt after it instead of acting like I had it made. I was to selfish and spoiled when I came out of high school. I wish you could have coached me and the group I grew up with in high school. We never had anyone push us. I have tried to coach like I wish a high school coach would have done me - it is not always popular, but it is best for the athletes. God Bless, G. A. Moore."
