A line of bushes extends along the courthouse's base on either side of the stairs. Foliage from a tree obscures the doors to the building from view. The courthouse's tall front side fills the width of the photo and includes a central section with gray walls on either side. This central section has tall black windows divided by white lines spanning it, with orange walls running along the bottom edge of the wall as well as filling the top half of the wall. A tall, thin metal structure sits on the flat roof of the courthouse with powerlines running across the photo behind it.
