A paved road runs alongside the sidewalk with one car visible near the bottom left corner of the image, on the far side of the courthouse. The vehicle drives in front of a line of storefronts, one of which appears to be labeled "Perry's". The courthouse building, meanwhile, has multiple short bushes planted individually and in lines around its base. In the left side of the image, a set of stone stairs leads up to the front doors of the courthouse, decorated with potted plants placed at regular intervals on the walls lining the stairs. The courthouse is made of white stone blocks and consists of three rectangular sections set next to one another, with the central section being slighter taller than the other two. Across the central section of the courthouse are eight columns of window, four of which are grouped together over the front doors. The other two sections of the building have three columns of windows, with additional columns visible on the right side of the courthouse emerging …
