He writes to the members about the dedication and opening ceremonies of the newly developed Hamilton Park and how the purchases of the project have been paid. Crossman also notes that they have sold land to the Richardson Independent School District and the development is currently in development, but his plans to build a shopping village have not started construction yet but will be resolved soon. The letter also has an attachment of the financial statement of their receipts and expenses from all of their projects.
