Presswood is, what he has asked and advises that she has included a "copy" of part of the letter from C. W. Presswood. Presswood requests to lease her place for five years describing the work needed to "get it fixed up where you could use it for some good" then states that he would like to buy the place. Hobbs resumes her correspondence to Carswell explaining what she thinks about the proposition.
