"Fort Hood" is written in yellow above the cross. "Fire," "Rescue," "ARFF," and "Hazmat" are written in the points of the cross. A blue sky background with a flag of Texas appears in the center of the cross. A logo at the bottom of the patch contains a P (or R) and a W and an image of Texas.

Patch from the Harker Heights, Texas fire department. The shield-shaped patch has a black background and dark blue edging. "Harker Heights Fire Department" is written along the left and right edges inside a silver edged banner. A yellow eagle has its wings extended next to these banners. The eagle has a red, white, and blue shield over its chest and is holding an olive branch in one claw and arrows in the other. A yellow, blue, red, and white "fire scramble" appears over the bird's head.

Patch from the Salado, Texas fire department. The roughly triangular patch has a navy blue background and yellow edging. "Salado Fire Department" is written around the edges in yellow thread. A red image of a fire helmet on top of a hatchet, pike, ladder, and nozzle appears in the center.

Patch from the Temple, Texas fire department. The circular patch has a black background and yellow edging. "Temple Fire Dept." is written along the top and bottom edges in red. A yellow Florian Cross in the center contains the images of a fire hydrant, ladder, and hook on its left and right points. "F.D." is written in yellow against a red background at the cross' center.

Patch from the Temple, Texas fire department. The oblong wedge-shaped patch has a black background with yellow edging. "Temple Fire Rescue" is written along the top three edges in red. A red Florian Cross embroidered with "FTR" and superimposed over fire equipment sits near the middle.
