Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B. Davis executed three promissory notes to be paid on January 1st of 1932, 1933, 1934; the end of the document states that he has fulfilled and paid the notes and Bonnell acknowledges that the her hold on the land and lien has extinguished.
