The device indicates to the delivery person the quantity of product desired and is equipped with a pouch or pocket into which the payment for the product can be placed. In this manner, the purchaser can communicate his or her desired purchase amount to the delivery person and provide payment for same, without the requirement of being present at the time of delivery.
