The front of the postcard features a photograph of the Kronkosky residence in Boerne, Texas. The house is a three-story, light-colored stone building with a balcony on the third floor. Two houses sit on either side of the Kronkosky residence - the one on the left is about the same size, while the one on the right is much smaller. The houses sit on a hill with a steep decline, leading to a road that winds around the hill.

The front of the postcard features a perspective view of a long dirt road lined with trees. Through the trees, store-fronts and small buildings can be seen along the street. There are several horse-drawn buggies on the left side of the street, and more on the right, down the street.

The front of the postcard features a photograph of Holy Angels Academy in Boerne, Texas, a two-story building with wrap-around porches on both stories. There is a small tower extending from the center of the roof of the building, with a cross-shaped spire at the top. There are a few short steps leading up to the first-story porch and the front door to the academy. There are several trees surrounding the building, obscuring much of the second-story.

The ranch has two large buildings barely visible in the center of a large area filled with scrub-brush and trees.

The scene is described below as "Lynnhaven Inlet to the famous Lynnhaven Bay; where the largest oysters are gathered. Near Cape Henry, Va." The letter on the back reads, "Hello Mamie wish you were here with us - Cape Henry is right all the Atlantic ocean is so pretty with love from Sig." The postcard is addressed to "Miss M. S. McFaddin 1906 McFaddin Beaumont, Texas."
