Her work has been exhibited in Kerrville and numerous regional juried shows. She is married to Bob Barton, a lawyer, who served as Assistant County Attorney, County Attorney, District Attorney, and District Judge. He also taught at St. Mary's Law School and authored two books for law enforcement officers. The couple have three children, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

[Wrecked Car in an Intersection]

Photograph of a wrecked red car in an intersection with a traffic light. The vehicle is very, very heavily damaged; the entire front half of the body is damaged beyond recognition. The only part of the vehicle that appears relatively unharmed is the trunk. Several firefighters work to access the interior of the car. Several police officers assess the scene. Two firetrucks are visible; one is parked on the right side of the frame and the other is parked in the background behind the wrecked car.
