Fourth volume of results from a study done to assess potential interactions between the fishing industry and on going oil/gas development on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf. This volume describes the methodology and analysis of lease sale scenarios for six regions: North Atlantic, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, Eastern Gulf of Mexico, Southern California, and Central and Northern California. It also contains an appendix containing "Literature of Movement Behavior."
