Letter from Don José Ramón Diaz de Bustamente granting power of attorney to Don Juán Nepomuceno Zustieta. These powers cover the goods of Maria Josefa de la Garza who is deceased. The document itself is badly stained and has a large tear in the upper right corner of the page.

Official communication from Manuel de Iturbe concerning an inventory of prisoners, lands in abeyance, and accounts to be concluded on the last day of December and to be forwarded to the government on the 6th day of January. Copy of a message from José Antonio Cavallero saying that the Artillery is not superior to the Infantry. This document is signed by local authorities acknowledging their having received the message.

Copy of a letter from Don Felix Calleja and Pedro de Alva with orders to arrest José Hermenegildo Muños and Trifón Marín, who both escaped while being sent to the Philippines. Also included in the document are descriptions of both of the men. Town officials signed their names on the document acknowledging their having received the notice.

Message from Francisco Yxart to officials with a method for the treatment of measles to be followed and distributed among the different jurisdictions. Following the message, town authorities have signed the document acknowledging their having received the message from Yxart. The document has tape on the edges of the paper, and has a few small stains.
