Letter from Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen to G. H. Ramey discussing a lodge (Lodge No. 572) that no longer desires to consolidate the eleventh and twelfth seniority districts. It is stated that the lodge does not have the authority to reverse an action taken by a referendum vote, but also calls for a vote to be retaken within said lodge. The letter also suggests the preparation of a petition if the recipient wants the concerns of the lodge to be taken into consideration.
