Miller reports on the proceedings regarding Ellison vs. Texas Liquor Board, advises to await the action of the Court of Civil Appeals and gives a brief itinerary of his travel and work to date and for the next two weeks requesting further remittance as soon as it may be convenient.

Rather recounts the events of the morning both before and after they received Carswell's letter, describes the new membership as a pleasant surprise and advises that Carswell has saved his Division while reviving a "goose-egg" Post.
