Postcard to Mrs. F. Adler. The front of the postcard features a photograph of a man-made dam on a small lake, taken from down-stream. Trees surround the lake and dam on all sides, and there are large, rectangular stones piled up on the right side. A man in a light shirt and dark pants walks along the edge of the dam (where the water pours over the edge), going left.

Postcard from W. B. Johnston to George Pendexter telling him of a recent fire they had "the 11th and one Sunday morning at 3 a.m." The photograph shows a devastated building with a caption that reads: "Great Fendrich Fire Ruins Main St. Looking West from 2nd St. Evansville, Indiana." The building in the center is almost completely destroyed while the one to its left has most of its walls still standing though its roof is gone.

Postcard from Rose Collins to Harry Bahl with an illustration of a man holding the waist of a woman holding an umbrella. This card is the fifth card in a set of six and has the title "Appropriation" printed at the bottom. There is a note on the back of the card that reads: "Your better half is getting fat, but she will have to stay a couple of months to do her any good."

Postcard of a well-dressed man and woman kissing behind a red umbrella. The note below the picture reads, "We are have some gay times now. Mamie is with me. Tell Blinkie "Hello" From Jassie." The back of the postcard continues with, "Why don't you ever write to me? I don't guess I write all you again before next I know as I write go to N. Y. by about Sep. 15. I certainly have heard some nice things about Louis C. Mat a young lady said." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1141 Third Ave. Huntington, W. Va."

Postcard of a dirt road with a horse drawn buggy traveling down it, houses and fences on either side of the road. The back of the postcard reads, "I am so sorry you can't go to D. C.. Please write and tell me why you can't. It is a shame the way you have done me. Not a word from an of you. Are you ill? Love to everybody. My address is Box 190 - Warrenton, Va." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin 1141 3rd Ave. Huntington, W. Va."

Postcard from Sgt. R. H. Moore, "468th SS", to Mrs. F[?] R. Moore. He concisely describes how he feels and the weather in Waco. The front of the postcard depicts a mineral water swimming pool in Leroy, Texas, which is at right. A circular pond and benches are at center, and a house is at left.
