This report represents a re-evaluation of the environmental impact of DART's Orange Line DFW Airport Extension following modifications made to the proposed project after both the FAA and FTA had issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The purpose of this report was to determine if the modifications might result in environmental impacts not previously not documented in the earlier environmental assessment, in which case the FONSIs would remain valid. Some modifications to the rail alignments were made to avoid the need to relocate FAA infrastructure, to eliminate bridge structers that could impact flight safety, and to provide enough space for future roadway expansions.

Appendices for the Final Local Environmental Assessment for the proposed DART Light Rail Transit line from Downtown Garland Station to the planned station in Downtown Rowlett. This report describes the potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigating measures associated with the construction and operation of an extension of the North Central Corridor light rail transit (LRT) system north of Park Lane. It compares the consequences associated with the locally preferred alternative (LRT) against those of a baseline "no-build alternative." This Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Northwest Corridor was written following the completion of a Draft EIS and subsequent 45-day public review and comment period and it includes responses to concerns raised during that period.

It details the steps taken by the Board Members and staff to produce the Final Service Plan. The plan encompasses bus, rail, and other mobility projects that will be constructed or provided in phases over the course of 26 years.
